This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver our digital products and, in the future, how we’ll handle shipping for physical items such as printed guides, journals, or keepsakes.
1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
All digital guides, ebooks, and checklists are delivered electronically.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing your download link.

Most files are available instantly after checkout and can also be re-accessed through your order confirmation email.

No physical items will be shipped for digital purchases.
If you don’t receive your file within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@lodelightguides.com for help.
2. Physical Products (Future Offerings)
We plan to offer select printed and keepsake items in the future.
When those become available:

Processing time: Orders will typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

3. Delays & Exceptions
While we always do our best to meet delivery estimates, unexpected carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing may affect timelines.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates once an item is in transit, but we’ll help track shipments if issues arise.
4. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees.

5. Order Changes & Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after purchase, contact support@lodelightguides.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages (Physical Goods)
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We’ll open an inquiry with the carrier and do our best to replace or refund the item as appropriate.
