Our approach to refunds

We want every customer to feel good about their purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will always work with you to find a fair resolution.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact us at legal @ lodelightguides.com and describe your concern. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Digital products

All Lode Light Guides products are delivered electronically as digital downloads. Because digital products are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer automatic refunds.

However we review every request individually and will consider refunds in circumstances including:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue and we are unable to resolve it
  • The product content is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
  • You contacted us within 30 days of purchase with a genuine concern about the product

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where:

  • The product has been downloaded and the content reviewed without a specific concern raised
  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
  • The request appears to be made in bad faith

 

Delivery issues

If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at legal @ lodelightguides.com. We will resolve delivery issues promptly and at no additional cost to you.

How to request a refund

Email us at legal @ lodelightguides.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product you purchased
  • A brief description of your concern

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
